This is a SEIKO KINETIC, released around 1996.
The crystal is made of scratch-resistant sapphire.
It's a watch with a Kinetic mechanism, where the internal rotor rotates with the movement of your arm, charging the capacitor (rechargeable battery).
Pulling the crown out two clicks allows for time adjustment, and one click allows for date adjustment.
Pressing the button above the crown moves the second hand, allowing you to check the remaining charge.
There are minor scratches on the bezel at the 12 o'clock position and on the bracelet clasp,
but overall the condition is good.

The current bracelet circumference is approximately 18cm. (Slight length adjustment possible)
