The Casper, a signature RDT shoe, is made from a single piece of leather that is three-dimensionally molded by clipping and then soled using the Goodyear welt method.
It uses green Italian horse front leather.
After many years of wear, the base layer will show through, and the leather will age to a deep, dried-leaf-like color due to sun exposure and other factors.
It features an original cork crepe sole and a highly wear-resistant top lift.
The sole is attached using a 360-degree Goodyear welt construction with a full-circumference stitch, allowing for sole replacement.
