It is a bonded material, and although it has the advantage of being highly waterproof, it has a rubbery smell and is not breathable.
The downside is that it gets damp and cannot be washed.
This model has a high-performance membrane sandwiched in between instead of rubber.
By successfully developing a material using the same method as Gore-Tex, it has high waterproof and cold-resistant properties.

The biggest advantage of this fabric is that it can be hand washed and dry cleaned.
