Pendant by Navajo artist Darryl Dean Bigay.

Dragon fly (dragonfly) is the motif.

The dragonfly that lives in the water sheds its skin and is reborn, meaning regeneration.

It is one of the important motifs in Indian jewelry.

It features a rustic texture with a rough feel due to toofer casting.

Made of SILVER 925

SIZE....45mm x 18mm

It is also introduced on the blog here .

* Toofer cast is a design carved on a toofer stone like pumice stone ,

Traditional Navajo casting method of pouring silver.

The feature is that the stone grain remains in the work, and the unique aging appears as it is used.

Also, the toofer stone is very fragile, so once it is used it will break and cannot be reused.
